Tune your radio to Channel 0 to display the Radio ID (also called ESN or RID). Write this down, as it’s required for activation 11.
For vehicles with Uconnect® systems, press the Assist button on the rearview mirror and follow on-screen prompts to retrieve the ID 9.
Check Signal Connection
Tune to Preview Channel 1 or Channel 184 to verify satellite signal reception. If you hear audio, your radio is connected to the satellite. If not, check antenna connections or consult your vehicle dealership 811.
Activate Your Subscription
Activation typically takes 10–15 minutes but may require up to an hour. Ensure your radio remains powered on during this time.
Troubleshoot Signal Issues
If channels are missing post-activation, request a signal refresh .
For persistent issues (e.g., no audio on Preview Channel 184), contact your dealership for hardware checks
